Broll Ghana Limited is Property related service Company providing all property services with exception of Property Development and Asset Management. It is into Property Management, Facilities Management, Retail Management, Residential Property Management, Brokerage Services, Valuation/Advisory, Market Research, CRES etc. The Company is a JV established by SSNIT SIC Insurance and Broll Property Group in 2006. Since 2007 the Company has pursued both operational and growth strategy. The menu of Services has therefore grown from two (2) in 2007 to eight (8) in 2016. New service lines like Valuation, CRES and Retail Broking have seen tremendous growth.
The Company operates on divisional basis/structure; each Division is built around a particular service provision. Though it started with two (2) divisions viz Property Management Division and Facilities Management Division, it now has seven (7) Divisions namely; Property Management, Facilities Management, Retail Management, CRES/Commercial Broking/Market Research, Valuation/Advisory, Retail Broking and Residential Property Management/Broking. The nature of business is therefore Property Services.
Starting with portfolio of 45,000 square meters space, the Company is now managing portfolio of almost 280,000 square meters space with asset value of $1.5 Billion. Starting with one Retail Facility it now manages 7 Retail Facilities. Staff strength has also grown from six (6) in 2006 to 140 in 2016.
Prominent properties being managed by Broll Ghana Limited include: World Trade Centre, International Financial Corporation, Accra Financial Centre, 27,000 square meters Court Complex, MTN Properties, Premier Towers, Ridge Tower, A & C Square, West Hills Mall, Achimota Retail Centre, Junction Mall, Marina Mall and Oxford Street Mall, NCA Towers, Nester Square at Airport, Polo Court, Dreams Court etc.
The Company continues to build on its growth strategy by striving hard to maintain the market leadership. Whilst seeking to expand/grow, the Company is mindful of quality service delivery.
